Making A Purchase

Making a purchase or a payment could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We take payments via PayPal. If you are shopping from outside of the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Products may be unavailable. Where items are temporarily unavailable for any reason, this will be indicated on our website. Please note that we may withdraw items from sale in the event we run out of stock or for any other reason and we may do so at any time and without notice.

Delivery Schedule

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.

We process and send your order within 3 working days and we would normally expect it to arrive within 7 working days in the UK. Please note - we cannot hold orders for delivery on a specific date. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 hour or 2nd Class delivery.

Please allow 28 days for delivery for overseas orders
Whilst we will do everything possible to deliver your products by the date specified, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made after the date specified. Standard post orders should arrive within 7 working days. However occasionally they may take longer to arrive due to delays with the delivery company.

Guarantee

Subject to your right to cancel the contract within seven working days, we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error or if you are unhappy with a substitution. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

How to order

You can browse the Born Free Shop by Collection. When you have found what you are after, click "add to cart”.

When you've have finished shopping, simply click the ‘cart’ at the top right hand of the screen and proceed to checkout where you will be asked to enter your shipping address.

When you place an order online then we will send your order confirmation by email.

The price displayed on our website.

The prices displayed on our website include VAT and are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards accepted by PayPal. We take payment at the time we receive your order. Products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

Returns

We will accept the return of all products only if they are unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of receipt of your products. Return of products outside this period may not be accepted by us. If products are returned within 10 days of receipt we will offer a full refund or exchange at the price you paid for the item minus the delivery cost. If products are not returned in an acceptable condition it will be at our discretion whether we refund or exchange the product in question and a restocking fee may be charged by us.

We will be happy to refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the products to you for either of the following reasons:

(1) The products delivered to you are different to those ordered by you (this refers to products on your confirmation email); and/or

(2) The products delivered to you are damaged on arrival or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Products

You can return products if they are damaged, defective, or not as specified on the Confirmation Page. You should inspect the products as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any products to be damaged or faulty you must inform us within 10 days of receipt of products. If the products are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you we will at our discretion repair or replace the products or refund the price paid by you.

How to Return an Item

Contact the Born Free Shop team via one of the methods on our contact us page.

Please provide us with the following details or have them to hand when you contact us:

(1) Order Number;

(2) Email Address;

(3) Reason for return.

In the case of a damaged defective or faulty product, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging. In the case of damaged items where the packaging itself is damaged please include the damaged packaging with the returned product.

Important Note

For the avoidance of doubt, this contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in England and shall be governed by English law. Both you and the Born Free Trading irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
