Collection: Will Travers Photography
I have been travelling to Africa since I was 5 years old – nearly 60 years – when I went with my parents, Bill Travers and Virginia McKenna, to Kenya for the making of the classic wildlife film, Born Free. While Kenya is my heartland, I have been fortunate enough to visit and experience the beauty, the wildlife, and the unique characteristics of many countries from Ethiopia to South Africa. Whenever I get the opportunity, I take photographs of the wild animals that have been my life’s work for the last four decades. Now I have decided to share some of the best ones with you. I hope they will inspire you to help me, together with the amazing people who share my vision, take care of nature, and ensure these iconic wild species and their precious habitats are protected and conserved for generations to come.
